Read on request
Open your Gmail inbox and selected conversations in Mailer. Reading here does not mark a message as read in Gmail.
Incoming message text is displayed for that request. Attachments and remote message images are not loaded.
YOUR OPTIONAL GMAIL CONNECTION
Use your Gmail
in Jarurat Mail.
Read inbox conversations and prepare reviewed messages from your own connected mailbox, within Jarurat Care's staff workspace.
Gmail access and sending are available only to staff accounts enabled by the organisation. Connecting a mailbox never starts a campaign.
WHAT THE CONNECTION DOES
Clear access. A deliberate send.
Review before sending
When your organisation enables Gmail sending, review the sender, recipient, subject and message before approving a send.
Your connected mailbox's primary address is the sender. Signing in, connecting or reading the inbox sends nothing.
Keep your own access
The connection belongs to the Mailer account that authorised it. An organisation administrator does not inherit your personal Gmail connection.
Mailbox permissions do not include deleting Gmail mail, changing Gmail settings, reading Contacts or accessing Drive.
YOUR DATA AND CONTROLS
Disconnect when you choose.
Connection credentials and messages you prepare in Mailer are encrypted on the server. Incoming conversation text is not saved in Mailer's database.
Google data is used to provide the connected email features. It is not sold, used for advertising or used to train general AI models.
Disconnect in account settings
Remove Mailer's usable connection credentials and cancel unsent drafts. Mailer attempts to revoke the Google grant and tells you if Google did not confirm. You can also revoke access in your Google account.
Remove prepared message content
Remove a saved recipient, subject and body from a message prepared in Mailer. Sender attribution and sending status remain for accountability. This does not delete mail from Gmail or a recipient's inbox.
Part of Jarurat Care's email workspace
Jarurat Mail brings together staff mailboxes, controlled campaign preparation and transactional email for Jarurat Care Foundation. An optional Gmail connection adds access to the mailbox its owner explicitly authorises.
